When you book a call or use the contact form

If you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter (such as your name, email, and message) so we can reply and arrange a call. The form is handled by Web3Forms, which delivers your message to us by email. We use this information only to respond to you.

When you download the checklist or join the newsletter

If you request the free checklist or subscribe, we collect your name and email address so we can send you the checklist and occasional related emails. This is handled by MailerLite. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

When you browse the site (analytics)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics andMicrosoft Clarity to understand how the site is used and to improve it. These tools set cookies and may record anonymised usage, including pages viewed and general interactions. They loadonly after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you click "Decline", they are not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

Cookies and consent

The site does not set analytics or tracking cookies until you accept them. Your choice is stored locally in your browser so we do not ask again on every visit. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site, which will bring the banner back.

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our relationship. We keep newsletter and checklist subscribers until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data. Analytics data is retained according to the providers' standard retention periods.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
